Observed Holidays: Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years
Trash Limit: 3 cans(33 gallon or smaller) or 4 bags(33 gallons each) per pick up day.

Due Date: All payments are due in our office by the 25th of every month.
Heavy Trash: We currently don’t offer heavy trash collection.
Residential 2xw: Means you get residential service twice a week.
Prohibited Items: Construction Material, Hazardous Waste, Oil, Car Batteries, Paint ( unless it is all dried up and is just the can) Gasoline, Tires, and Steel Pipes
Yard Waste: We will only take 2 bags of yard clipping and leaves per pick up day. Limbs must be bundled and be no more then 4 ft in length weighing no more than 20lbs per bundle. You MUST call the office to arrange pick up for bundles.
Seniors Requesting discount MUST provide proof of age(drivers license, CHL, passport)

What’s your Refund/ Cancellation policy?
Any accounts requesting a refund must cancel the account before the next billing cycle is billed for.
Example: If you do not want services for November you will need to cancel them on or before October 25th.
